Harmonica Organic Elderflower Cordial made using a traditional recipe, this cordial is made using hand picked, extracted, dried elderflower blossoms from the heart of the Danube Valley at the begining of summer. This organic Elderflower cordial has a fragrant, floral and refreshing flavour and is so versatile that it can be used as a cooling summer drink mixed with still or sparkling water, or can be used as a hot drink too. This cordial can also be used to add flavour and colour to enhance tarts and desserts with hints of elderflower. Recommended dilution ratio 1:7 parts with still or sparkling water. No added preservatives.

Harmonica Organic Elderflower Cordial is Gluten free, GMO free and Pesticide free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

A sediment of foam may form in the bottle. This does not compromise the quality of the product. Please shake well before use.
